The Balcombe Estate is a 3,500 acre traditional family-run estate centred on the village of Balcombe in West Sussex in the High Weald AONB. The estate comprises of a mix of farmland and actively managed forest and woodland which supply our modern, sustainable sawmill.

Balcombe Estate has a number of residential and commercial properties available to rent. The residential properties range from one bedroom flats to six bedroom farmhouses.
